On another call http://txxx.in.net/ txxx It’s funny just how deeply they’ve bought into the right-wing narrative of “only democrats, only “urban” people, are lazy, are on welfare, etc.” Most food-stamp recipients are in the south; they are hurting their own base and they don’t even know it – and what’s more, their base won’t know it either! They are able to somehow delude themselves into believing that those statistics don’t apply to them. THEY are the only ones that really need them; it’s those mino- er – people in Chicago and California and New York, they are the ones who abuse the program!
