They are rut aggressive and persistent liars. I was sent noticed of failing to pay BG while I am with EDF. Then they changed their mind and said it was for business premises 15 miles away, while I was retired, then they said it was from many years ago. At the end they themselves did see how stupid they were, but never an apology was received, we did receive a letter to come to BG as they were so much cheaper, they were not, not by a long shot. In this case they probably were hoping that recovering from an heart attack would scare him so much that he would die.
