Line a flat, rectangular A4-sized tray with baking parchment and stick down each edge with a tiny bit of meringue mixture. Spoon all of the meringue mixture on to the tray and spread it out evenly with a palette knife or large spoon so you have a rustic rectangular traybake about 4cm thick. |
